We also automatically collect basic, anonymized web analytics (such as browser type, operating system, and page views) to help us monitor our own site's performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to do business with you. Specifically, we use it to:

• Build and deliver your free demo mockup.
• Communicate with you regarding our services, your website, or your account.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Improve the performance and security of our own website.
• Operate our AI Website Concierge (automated chat): answer questions about our services, capture contact details you choose to share, and notify our team. Conversations may be retained for up to 90 days for quality and lead follow-up, then deleted. Chat is processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) under our account with request storage disabled for Concierge traffic; we do not use your chat content to train public models.

3. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We only share your data with the trusted enterprise infrastructure partners required to operate our business (e.g., Stripe for secure payment processing, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for secure database storage, and Twilio for transactional SMS delivery). These providers are bound by strict data security standards and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

4. Data Security

We are software engineers, and we take security seriously. Your data is encrypted and stored in secure, modern database infrastructure. While no system is 100% immune to breaches, we utilize enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your information.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you provide a mobile number on our demo request, intake, or related forms, you consent to receive transactional SMS from New Braunfels Digital about your demo request, private preview link, account updates, and related customer-care messages. Message frequency varies based on your request activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help. You may also email jackson@nbsites.dev to request removal.

6. Other Communications & Opting Out

We use cookieless or privacy-preserving analytics (for example, Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic and performance. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on this site.
